2009 Site Fees Inclusive of winter storage, water & waste. Single Unit Plot £2,800.00 - Inclusive of VAT Twin Unit Plot £3,035.00 - Inclusive of VAT Site fees are reviewed annually and notified to Caravan owners in September of each year for the following season. Site fees are payable in 2 instalments: the first instalment is due on or before 1st December, the 2nd is due by 7th February of the following year. A cash discount, the value of which may vary annually, may be deducted where an account is paid in full by the first due date. Refunds Where you have terminated the License Agreement so that it comes to an end before the end of June we will repay to you on the scale set out below any pitch fees and other charges which you have paid us for a period after the License Agreement has ended, less any sums due to us. Where the License Agreement ends before the end of March repay 80% Where the License Agreement ends before the end of June repay 40% Where the License Agreement ends after the end of June no repayment Electric This is charged by the unit and invoices are issued on a regular basis. Gas This can be ordered from the park reception for same day delivery so long as it is ordered by 2 p.m. |
